The prices shown are our minimum starting fees. Most engagements require additional expertise due to complexity (multiple properties, entity type, tax planning needs, unique filing situations, etc.), and final pricing is typically higher than the base amount shown.
We collect a $250 deposit to cover the review and analysis of your situation, on which you will receive feedback. Should you choose to proceed with our firm, this amount will be credited toward your service fee.

Bookkeeping Clean-up

- Typical Range: $3000 – $4000 per clean-up
- Initial payment covers up to 10 hours of clean up time
- Establish new QuickBooks Online subscription, as needed
- Generate & analyze Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss per specified period
- Complex books may require additional payments
Recurring Bookkeeping
Base fees begin at
$250/month
- Typical Range: $400 – $1000 per month
- Billed monthly via ACH
- Monthly maintenance of transactions, reconciliations, chart accounts, and adjusting journal entries
- Generate & analyze Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss on a monthly basis
- On-going support for tax-related questions and outcomes
Entity Tax Preparation
Base fees begin at
$2,100
- Typical Range: $2,500 – $3000 per year
- Billed annually or bundled with recurring monthly bookkeeping
- Federal/State entity return filing (Partnerships and S-Corportations)
- 1099 information return (NEC/MISC) filing as needed
- Timely K-1 distribution via secure client portal to members / shareholders
